Job Overview: The Business Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business partners for Snoonu. They play a crucial role in expanding Snoonu's market presence by generating leads, establishing connections with potential partners, and onboarding them onto the platform. (Some of) What you will be doing: Lead Generation:
  1. Identify and generate leads for potential business partners, including restaurants and cafes.
  2. Utilize various channels such as online research, networking events, and referrals to find new business opportunities.
  3. Maintain an updated database of potential leads and track their progress through the sales pipeline.
Business Outreach:
  1. Reach out to potential partners through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  2. Present Snoonu’s value proposition effectively to prospective partners.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners to facilitate successful partnerships.
Onboarding New Partners:
  1. Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup on the Snoonu platform.
  2. Collect and verify all necessary documents and information required for onboarding.
  3. Provide training and support to new partners on using Snoonu’s tools and services.
Sales and Negotiation:
  1. Negotiate terms and conditions with potential partners to secure favorable agreements for Snoonu.
  2. Close deals and convert leads into active business partners.
  3. Ensure all agreements and contracts are accurately documented and stored.
Market Research:
  1. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve acquisition strategies.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business acquisition.
Reporting and Documentation:
  1. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and partner interactions.
  2. Prepare regular reports on acquisition activities and performance metrics.
  3. Update Salesforce and other CRM tools with relevant information.
Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with the partnership and marketing teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
  2. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth integration of new partners.
  3. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of acquisition plans and strategies.
