Job Description: "Experienced" Commercial Real Estate Agent Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven "EXPERIENCED" Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in leasing and selling retail spaces and commercial offices while actively hunting for new property listings. This role demands a proactive mindset, strong networking skills, and a passion for connecting businesses with exceptional real estate opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leasing and Sales: Facilitate the leasing and sale of retail and commercial office spaces. Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored property solutions. Negotiate lease terms and sales agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the company.
  2. Property Acquisition and Networking: Proactively source new property listings through networking, prospecting, and maintaining relationships with property owners and developers. Attend industry events, conferences, and local business gatherings to build and expand your professional network.
  3. Property Listings Management: Create compelling property listings, including professional descriptions, photos, and other marketing materials. Update and refresh property listings weekly to ensure they remain competitive and attract prospective clients.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Provide regular updates to clients on market trends, property performance, and new opportunities.
  5. Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and competition to offer informed advice to clients. Identify high-demand areas and recommend strategic marketing efforts to increase property exposure.
  6. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on leasing and sales.
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  3. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  4. Familiarity with local real estate markets and trends.
  5. Proficient in CRM software and property listing platforms.
  6. Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one if required locally).
