Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying and selling existing residential properties in the secondary market.
- Market and advertise properties, including conducting open houses and online listings.
- Provide expert advice on property pricing, market trends, and investment potential.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to secure optimal deals.
- Coordinate property showings and ensure properties are presented in their best light.
- Prepare and manage legal documents, contracts, and disclosures related to property transactions.
- Guide clients through the mortgage and financing process, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, market conditions, and industry best practices.
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
