Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Project Manager with 15+ years in Building Management Systems (BMS). Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with teams and ensure project progress aligns with goals.
- Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical oversight in BMS design and implementation.
- Manage project budgets and financials.
- Lead and motivate project teams.
- Ensure quality control and prepare project reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of project management experience in BMS.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems and integration.
- Leadership and team management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and financial acumen.
