We are URGENTLY looking for a FEMALE TELESALES & MARKETING who is ready for a very challenging and competitive world of Real Estate. An energetic individual, self-driven, goal-oriented, and hungry for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Social Media Marketing Platform Campaign by daily posting projects and on other Real Estate platforms.
- Contacting/calling potential or existing customers to inquire about their new property requirements or listing their property as resale.
- In charge of receiving inquiries by calling and replying to messages from social media campaigns.
- Direct prospects to the sales team by securing and scheduling a meeting.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic is a MUST.
- Preferably female Arabic.
- Russian or other language speakers are a plus factor.
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience; experience in the same field is a plus factor.
- Money-motivated, dedicated, and target-driven professional.
- Able to work under pressure, grow a team, and build a business.
- Basic salary and attractive percentage (%) commission structure.
