Responsibilities

  1. Preparing letters, business correspondence, etc.
  2. Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
  3. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  4. Typing, preparing, and collating reports; filing.
  5. Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
  6. Managing schedules and databases.
  7. Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
  8. Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
  9. Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
  10. Logging or processing bills or expenses.
  11. Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
