Job Title : Elevator Technician Supervisor Location : Abu Dhabi/ Dubai Type : Full-Time Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the technical aspects of elevator, escalator, and related systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Serve as the go-to technical expert, troubleshooting complex system issues and ensuring resolution in line with best practices and safety standards.
- Collaborate with management and clients to assess technical needs, develop solutions, and provide professional recommendations.
- Train and mentor technicians, focusing on technical skill development, adherence to safety protocols, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of equipment, ensuring they meet operational and safety requirements.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in evaluating new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Proven hands-on experience in elevator and escalator systems, with a strong technical background in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory or senior technical role in the elevator industry.
- Advanced knowledge of elevator mechanics, electrical systems, and control systems.
- Proficiency in interpreting shopdrawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Relevant technical certifications or licenses (prefered).
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and guide technical teams effectively.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving system issues.
