The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.The Sales Operations Senior Manager is a key business advisor who will function as a "chief of operations" to our Talent & Learning Solutions, partnering with the Small Business & Acquisition leader (Senior Director) for Europe.The role is focused on enabling our world-class field sales team to be as productive as possible. This person will help executives and sales management make data-driven decisions by providing reporting, analysis, and insights from LinkedIn's customer and sales data.They will be a key member of both the assigned sales leaders' regional leadership team and the Global SMB and Acquisition SOPs leadership team and will partner on regional and global efforts and initiatives.We are looking for an exceptional business and people leader with strong quantitative, problem solving, communication, and project management skills. The ideal candidate can effectively communicate with executives and collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of high complexity and scope, and perform professionally in a challenging, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment. They will be able to handle confidential and non-routine information supporting a rapidly changing organization. We're seeking a leader who can recognize opportunities to drive business growth or improve processes and who can lead a team to bring these ideas to life.Responsibilities:Build, develop, and lead a top-calibre strategy & operations teamServe as a thought partner and business advisor to our sales executivesLead the sales operations function for the assigned region of LinkedIn's Talent & Learning Solutions SMB and Acquisition business - including, but not limited to:Providing visibility into the performance of the business to leadership and sales teamsDelivering on key global processes such as annual planning; designing, building, and optimizing sales territories; forecasting; and quota setting and managementDriving system improvements & streamlined sales processesLead the team and sales organization through changeAssessing the impact of the team's efforts on business resultsDrive management decisions and program development by deriving analytics and insights from our CRM and other systemsDeliver strategic and operations projects globally as required to evolve and transform LinkedIn's sales modelCoordinate with cross-functional teams to lead mission-critical projects, role alignment & program integrationsCreate operational excellence through best practice sharing and process consistency across regions and LOBsQualificationsBasic Qualifications:BA/BS degree6+ years' experience in a strategic or analytical role, including Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or other similar4+ years' experience with data analysis/modelling (Excel, SQL)Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of management experienceMBA or advanced degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)Experience managing teams in high-growth, performance-focused environmentsStrong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior leadershipHighly collaborative style with strong influence skillsStrong project management skills and the ability to mobilize cross-functional teams towards a common goalDeep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-makingComfort using and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards with Tableau, PowerBI or other relevant sales metric tools and programsExperience working in B2B SaaS businesses or with other sales organizationsExperience working in tech, digital and/or Talent/Learning spaceAdditional InformationGlobal Data Privacy Notice for Job CandidatesPlease follow this link to access the document that provides transparency around the way in which LinkedIn handles personal data of employees and job applicants: https://legal.linkedin.com/candidate-portal.
