Senior Manager | Accounting Clients | Mid Sized Firm | Dublin 2Dublin City/ HybridAccounts Senior Manager - Chartered Accountant - Practice - DublinA Chartered Accountant focusing on accounts preparation is sought for a well-established partner-led practice in Central Dublin.You will manage a varied client portfolio, with turnovers up to €120m.A healthy work/life balance of 2 days at home per week and a flexible work environment are in place.This is a long-term career-defining opportunity, which will interest those seeking a stable and long-term career development path in a dynamic firm.The OpportunityYou will look after the accounts team focusing on accounts preparation and advisory 90% and 10% personal tax and audit.You will have direct responsibility for a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with key client directors.You will manage and develop junior accounts staff, helping them grow and develop professionally.The RequirementsChartered Accountant - ACA or ACCA qualified.Preferably strong technical financial and management accounting experience.Practice trained and qualified ~5 years PQE.Experience of software packages including accounting and tax software packages.Excellent communication and people skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Remuneration€75,000 - €85,000 a very strong benefits package depending on experience.Flexible working hours.Remote working.Bonus & Pension Further Benefits.Expectation of professional development over time at a pace that suits.Working in a friendly and collaborative environment within a team of twenty-six staff.Clarity will call you back before sending your CV to the client.
