Responsibilities include identifying business development opportunities, participating in client pitches, delivering advanced tax advice, ensuring risk management compliance, and mentoring team members. The individual will also manage client account finances and actively engage in career development and business growth initiatives for the firm.RequirementsThe ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in a large tax practice, preferably within the Big 4. You'll possess strong technical expertise and a track record of identifying client opportunities. As an approachable and respected team member, you'll actively contribute to the team's performance and wellbeing while demonstrating initiative and accountability for broader team matters.
