Truck Bodybuilder

Duties:

• Dismantle and rebuild heavy vehicle bodies, including truck bodies and parts, subframes and assemblies.
• Install subframes, trays, body accessories, and other structural elements, including articulated equipment.
• Perform cutting, shaping, and welding of metals and other materials to create vehicle bodies, using hand tools and welders, oxy and power tools
• Diagnose and report structural issues for approval, then perform necessary repairs to comply with Australian standards and company vision.
• Customise and modify vehicle bodies to meet specific client requirements
• Inspect and report on defects in vehicle bodies

• Relevant trade qualification or three years or more of suitable experience.
• Current driver’s licence (Manual) (Desirable)

• At least two to four years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a Vehicle Body Builder is essential.
