About the role Based in Western Sydney, our NSW Team has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Leading Hand to join a dedicated team that designs and constructs roads and bridges ranging in size from cycleways and pedestrian overpasses through to multilane highways and rail corridor bridge crossings. Who we are looking for: Leading hand with experience in Civil Infrastructure Experienced with any of the following: skid steer, excavator, roller, loader, grader (HR and HC Truck Licence desirable but not essential) Experience in concrete and pavements What you need Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role Excellent commitment to safety Hardworking and reliable work ethic. Hands-on attitude and be willing to take on new challenges. Current NSW Drivers licence HR and HC Truck Licence (desirable but not essential) WHS General Induction Card (White Card) Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening prior to placement.
