Technical delivery of emerging channels such as voice, AR & VR will be an added advantage. Track record of managing a team which is responsible for the technical delivery of experience, marketing, and commerce platforms for a portfolio of clients. Track record of setting up distributed agile structures for programme delivery. Exposure to KPI frameworks for measuring the success of design implementation is an added advantage. Proven track record of managing relationships with CMOs and Chief Digital Officers and navigating a client’s internal organizational conflicts.
