Join us in making a difference! NobleDr, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing community health, is seeking a dedicated and organised Project Manager to oversee the BeMINDful programme and related activities across multiple secondary schools. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative & Coordination: Manage programme approvals, coordinate with schools, maintain Gantt charts, and prepare monthly reports. Ensure safekeeping of all documents and handle communication with stakeholders.
  2. Logistics & Execution: Oversee event logistics, transportation, food arrangements, and programme setup. Manage volunteers, clinical psychologists, doctors, and counsellors to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main contact for schools, education authorities, and other stakeholders. Organise regular meetings to align on expectations and progress.
  4. Team Management: Collaborate with the Programme Secretary and supervise two runners.
  5. Monitoring & Evaluation: Track programme progress, assist in report writing, and ensure alignment with programme goals.
  6. Budget Management: Monitor programme budget and manage expenses within allocated funds.
  7. Commitment to Excellence: Maintain professionalism in all aspects of programme execution, even during unexpected situations.
Qualifications and requirements:
  1. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  2. Background in mental health or related fields (preferred).
  3. Proven project management experience with multiple stakeholders.
  4. Strong organisational, communication, and logistics skills.
  5. Proficiency in project management tools and spreadsheets.
  6. Based in Klang Valley and ability to travel within Klang Valley.
  7. Proactive and requires minimal supervision.
  8. Availability to start immediately or as soon as possible is preferred.
