Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overall brand and marketing strategy in line with the brand vision, business objectives, and value proposition.
- Liaise with cross divisions on brand messaging and creatives that adhere to the brand.
- Assist the Head of Marketing in identifying target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Manage content, collaterals, and visual merchandising for retail customer touch points, including documenting these processes.
- Organize and participate in sales and marketing events, providing support to the sales team for pitch proposals.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with teams about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Responsible for and oversee marketing collaterals for the retail shops, working closely with the Operations team on new product development and marketing activations.
- Update and maintain brand images, messaging, menu, and content on owned platforms, digital platforms, delivery platforms, and in-store.
- Develop new tea products and execute marketing strategies for new product launches.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant working experience in FMCG, hospitality, F&B, or retail industries.
- Solid track record in strategic planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns that drive tangible and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong team player and able to handle both internal and external key stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
- Able to juggle between the details and big picture, managing multiple and competing projects and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively bilingual.
