Position: Quality Assurance Manager (full-time, on-site)

- Implementing, monitoring, and enhancing the company's existing Quality Assurance management programs and system in compliance with Prime Safe licensing requirements and HACCP standards.
- Monitoring and deploying the quality checks for all stock received and delivered to the Tek Foods facilities.
- Ensuring compliance of the product’s temperature with CCP Audit Table along each and every step of the process.
- Conduct investigation into complaints or non-conformances with quality systems and provide reports on remedial actions.
- Ensuring the safe and secure handling of each key phase in manufacturing and processing in accordance with HACCP Standards.
- Ensuring that all employees comply with the Health, Safety and Well-being policy of Tek Foods whilst on site.
- Carrying out employee training in personal hygiene, cleaning and food handling procedures and ensuring that they are working adhering to the quality standards.
- Encouraging and engaging in the implementation of site-wide continuous quality improvement programs.
- Participate in safety inspections, safety walks, and WH&S awareness initiatives.
- Notify management of any potential hazards at the workplace and assess necessary preventative and corrective actions.
- Hold meetings to conduct management reviews periodically. Maintain tight relationships with end users, internal staff, and third-party service providers to ensure that needs are comprehended and fulfilled.
- Create Reports of any professional discrepancies regarding the quality standard and quality programs in the specific duties & responsibilities of the staff members which are non-compliant with Prime Safe licensing conditions.
- Take the lead in conducting investigations into both internal and external quality problems, making sure that timely reports are filed, that preventative steps are successful, and that those investigations are promptly closed.
- Make sure that all the necessary employees involved in the production process have received training in the essential quality activities and procedures in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Ensures the Quality Assurance handbook is updated with current technical data and practical business standards and regulations.
- Responsible for driving Food Safety and Quality culture via participation and initiatives involving the whole team.
- Maintain accurate records of all test findings, including product shelf life, environmental impact, and product testing, and deliver them promptly.
- Holds a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum three years full-time work experience.
- Below the age of 45
