In this role, you'll: Work as part of our Workplaces Branch, in the Strategy & Accommodation business unit. Provide strategic administrative support across a portfolio of workplace projects and initiatives. Report to the Senior Business Analyst and provide administrative support to the business unit. Assist with project planning and scheduling activity, acting as a facilitator to manage and monitor workflow. Provide general administrative support to the unit, including meeting coordination. Work closely with both the leadership and project teams to ensure successful business outcomes are delivered. This position is permanent full-time based at Macquarie Park with Monday as your anchor day and hybrid work arrangements. About you: You will have previous administration coordination experience within a workplaces / Property or Facilities management based environment. You may have previously worked in an operational support role such as a Project/ Team Coordinator or as an Executive Assistant. You are stakeholder-focused and highly organised, with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workflow in a fast-paced environment whilst navigating a large and complex organisation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry-based experience.
