Working together with the Store Manager to further grow our store and support the team to great achievements. Our Assistant Store Managers play a central role in leading a passionate team to consistently provide superior customer service and deliver world-class experiences. We are looking for someone who has a bubbly personality, engages with customers, and is keen to grow with our company and develop their skills further. This role would entail (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities: Assisting the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience and develop the team Managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, especially on Sundays and Mondays Ongoing training provided to assist your career development Commitment to delivering outstanding results Providing exceptional customer experiences Assisting in coaching strategies to achieve KPIs Providing a supportive and engaging environment for the team What we ask you to bring to the role: Management skills, including coaching a team (preferred) Ability to engage and motivate a team to achieve KPIs A passion for retail and providing superior customer experiences Exceptional communication and organisational skills An abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to build great team dynamics Ability to work Sunday - Thursday roster About Us: Jo Mercer is a proudly Australian operated business since 1998 and has grown to become one of Australia’s most loved footwear brands.
