IT Specialist - Infrastructure & Support

We represent a fast-growing Quebec-based company recognized for its technical expertise and commitment to innovation. This organization stands out for its modern approach and continuous improvement of operations through information technology. As part of its expansion, we are looking for a proactive and autonomous IT Specialist (Infrastructure & Support) to oversee the company’s entire IT infrastructure. Your Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure (hardware, software, and digital tools).
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support to internal users (~20-30 employees).
- Coordinate with IT service providers and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead the deployment of new technologies, including the implementation of an ERP system.
- Ensure regular updates and improvements to company tools and applications (Microsoft 365, Smoothlink Sensaas, project management tools).
- Train employees on IT tools and best practices, acting as the go-to technical resource within the company.
- Lead key IT projects, such as system optimization and digital process improvements.
- Minimum 2 years in IT administration, ideally in a technical or project-based environment.
- Mandatory: Fluent in French (Oral & Written)
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Office 365, access management, basic network configurations).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common IT issues (user support, printers, network systems).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity (a bonus).
- Personal Qualities:
- Autonomous and structured in managing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and train non-technical users.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Salary: Between $70,000 and $85,000 , based on experience.
