Major High Profile Digital Transformation Program Long Term Contract Engagement Opportunity Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane Based Our Federal Government client is delivering a once-in-a-generation tech modernisation program that requires the specialised skills and services of best-in-industry resources to support the organisation through this significant change and digitalisation of services to its employees and digital engagement with the public. Key duties and responsibilities Work collaboratively with the Solution Management Team, Enterprise Architecture, service design teams, and technical delivery and operations teams to develop conceptual solution designs and solution build-out roadmaps, and to define program epics and features. Engage with various internal divisions, including the Architecture Board, to secure endorsement and support of proposed solutions and implementation strategies. Work directly, as an embedded resource, within Agile Delivery Teams to help define business solution concepts and translate service design outcomes into deliverable technology components. Coordinate and oversee the accuracy and integrity of application, data, technology, and solution architects working within Agile delivery teams to ensure well-aligned solution delivery. Develop and actively manage key internal and external relationships, including collaborating with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, achieve outcomes, and facilitate cooperation. Essential criteria Minimum 5 years experience working as an Enterprise Architect and 10 years experience working within ICT or an associated discipline. Proven ability to operate effectively as an Enterprise Architect in a complex and changing ICT and business environment. Demonstrated abilities to deliver sound strategic advice and enterprise architecture artefacts to inform decision making, operational governance, and program delivery, including strategic transformation roadmaps, solution blueprints, and enterprise-level strategic plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
