Finz Games is seeking an Associate Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will contribute to planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns that drive player acquisition, retention, and engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and analytics, you will help craft strategies that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand’s identity. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising & PR, Communication, or a related field. Experience: Fresh to 1 year of experience in marketing or related roles. Requirements
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including User Acquisition (UA) and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO), social media marketing, an mobile ad platforms.
- Experience in Ecommerce marketing could be considerable.
- Ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights and refine marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools would be a plus point.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and optimize future efforts.
- Conduct research on gaming industry trends, competitor games, and audience preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Leverage data insights to refine and innovate marketing strategies, maintaining a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, design, and analytics) and external partners to enhance brand visibility and player engagement.
