- Reporting Manager: PPLS Global Technology and Solutions Lead
- Organization & Employee Master Data: data accuracy and data completeness
- Employee Life Cycle Management: from hiring to retiring, including contract and job changes
- Employee queries: global and local articles, ticketing
- External Workforce: data management, onboarding and offboarding
- Transversal: reporting, compliance, continuous improvement
- Time to Pay (T2P): payroll data, calculation, post payroll and support activities
- Core HR system maintenance and enhancement

- Performance monitoring and visualization

- Partner with the HR and digital to enhance the employee support model, using ServiceNow technology, implementing best in class solutions for employee inquiries and People Services delivery.
- Review and amend existing available knowledge base to reflect latest company changes
- Develop and enhance governance around knowledge management content for HR scope
- Provide training sessions for People Services on using ServiceNow features
- Generate regular reports on support ticket trends, usage patterns, and knowledge base effectiveness to inform People Services ongoing improvements and optimize the employee support experience.
- Performance monitoring and visualization
- Identify with Leadership team new KPIs to monitor operational performance
- Define data source, calculation method and target for those KPI
- Partner with digital team to automate the generation and visualization within central PPLS dashboard
- Conduct UAT and prepare training material
- Data and reporting management
- Develop central report repository for People related data, (workforce demographics etc…)
- Implement automated reporting solutions to streamline the production of regular reports, reducing manual effort and ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify reporting needs and translate them into easy to use reports.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies, collaborating with relevant teams to correct issues and enhance data quality across HRIS and other systems.
- Ensure all reporting practices adhere to data privacy and compliance regulations, such as GDPR, maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.
- Continuous improvement and project support
- Work closely with Digital, HR, and other cross-functional teams to integrate HR technology solutions with broader business systems.
- Partner with Leadership team to provide technical solutions to operational challenges identified by the team as part of the continuous improvement strategy
- Set up and animate internal network around technology topics for PPLS
- Act a primary point of contact for HR systems and solutions supporting PPLS team questions and queries
- Contribute to HR landscape implementation project by supporting UAT, documentation and communication
- Develop training material and user guide for all PPLS applications
