Project Sales Engineer (JB / KL)

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be an individual contributor driving pre-sales support to various stakeholders involved in projects. Using a blend of your strong technical knowledge in security systems and excellent relationship-building skills, you will ensure that the services provided by AVTEL comply with the company’s standards and policies and efficiently respond to all customer service requests within the assigned region. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys, client meetings, and system demos for customers and clients.
• Build trust and maintain constant connections with customers, logistics service providers, and B2B business stakeholders.
• Maintain current expert knowledge of products and services.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and industry standards.
• Build positive customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide regular updates and reports to relevant stakeholders to update on progress.

• Strong technical knowledge in the security industry, security systems, testing, commissioning, and project implementation.
• 2 years of experience working in the security or electronics industry.
• Basic knowledge in security, hardware, network, and database.
• Able to manage remote customers independently.
• Independent and has strong initiative as this role is an individual contributor role.
• Able to travel across sites and be hands-on.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client-service oriented with a positive attitude.
