1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job overview The Technical Helpdesk role is to provide advice and guidance to dealer technicians for auto repair service diagnosis , including follow-up and progressive updates of each case, case escalation to the appropriate level until assigned job completion and closure within the agreed timeframe via email with service support ticket issue. Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostics and analysis of vehicle problems using diagnostic equipment.
- Respond to emails within the timeframe set by the company.
- Escalate cases to the appropriate Level 2 support group.
- Update progressive information for each case.
- Ensure follow-up on tickets until closure.
- Complete assigned jobs within the specified time to meet monthly efficiency & KPI targets.
- Perform any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by management/superior.
- Local citizen only
- 28 years old and above.
- Minimum SKMII Certification or high vocational or higher level in Automotive, Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of reading measuring tools results.
- Experience in remote support via phone and E-support.
- Experience with continental cars is an advantage.
- Team player with initiative and a positive attitude toward learning.
- Able to work independently without guidance and supervision.
- Able to work extended hours if required.
- Intermediate level skill in MS Office programs, especially in Excel.
- Multilingual with a good command of spoken and written English & Japanese.
