We are looking for a skilled, data-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and Telegram. This role focuses on driving traffic, increasing conversions, and growing our online presence through strategic ad placements and performance optimizations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & Execute Paid Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize ads on various platforms to achieve brand goals. • Budget Management: Allocate and oversee advertising budgets to maximize ROI. • Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze performance, adjust strategies, and improve bidding, targeting, and creatives. • Audience Targeting: Refine audience segmentation using demographic and behavioral data. • Content Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad content. • A/B Testing: Test and optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting for better performance. • Performance Reporting: Track key metrics (e.g., CPC, CTR, ROI) and provide actionable insights. • Ad Platform Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media advertising. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency across digital channels.What You’ll Need:
• 2-3 years of experience managing paid ads across platforms. • Expertise in tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. • Proficiency in A/B testing and optimization techniques. • Excellent communication skills. • Familiarity with Google Analytics, tracking pixels, and UTM parameters. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Bonus Points For:
