Finance Specialist / Senior Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of the company’s financial records and operations. Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain full set of accounts and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
2. Prepare tax related reports and filing (SST, WHT etc.).
3. Assist in daily accounting operations and functions such as account payable, general ledger, cash book, month-end closing and year-end closing.
4. Prepare bank reconciliation statements and weekly bank balances.
5. Handle and attend all bank transactions.
6. Ensure accounting records and systems comply with the company's policies, approved accounting standards, related statutory / tax requirements.
7. Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.
8. Liase with external auditors, tax agent and group finance in statutory audits, tax returns and other reporting requirements.
9. Assist in inventory movements and generate stock movement report monthly.
10. Perform any other duties as entrusted by your superior or HOD and/or any other representative as assigned by the Management from time to time.

1. Education: Minimum LCCI/Degree in finance/accounting.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
3. Excellent in organizing and scheduling paperwork.
4. Able to exercise discretion with utmost confidentiality in handling all matters.
5. Good interpersonal skills and able to work harmoniously with others.
6. Abide and commit to company's policies, values and corporate objectives.
