We are an engineering company in search of a Sales & Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in our sales operations. This position will be tasked with devising and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, driving lead generation efforts, finalizing contracts, and nurturing client connections. What will you be doing?

1. Marketing activities among all M&E consultants & developers for Furutec busduct and Pyrotec Fire Resistant Cable.
2. Ensure good relationship and provide good service to customers, consultants & developers.
3. Building close rapport with specifier to ensure Furutec busduct & Pyrotec Fire Resistant Cable is specified.
4. Report marketing activities & latest project status to respective manager.
5. Identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposals where possible (to cultivate continuous improvement mindset).
6. Deliver results within the value system of EITA (to emphasize the importance of EITA values and behavior expectations).
7. Any other duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Are you the one?

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
2. At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Marketing in the M&E industry.
3. A willingness to work remotely and outstation when required, and possess own transport.
4. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
5. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
