We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies that engage audiences and promote our brand effectively. Job Description : As a Junior Social Media Marketing Executive, you will support the social media team in managing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms. You will assist in creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring social media performance. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for social media and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities :

1. Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, in line with brand voice and marketing goals.
3. Schedule and manage daily social media posts across various channels.
4. Monitor social media activity, including user interactions, comments, and messages, to ensure timely responses.
5. Analyze and report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
6. Research and stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
7. Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure the creation of visually appealing and effective content.
8. Assist in managing paid social media campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
9. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
10. Support senior team members with other ad hoc tasks as needed.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
3. Strong interest and passion for social media and digital marketing.
4. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
7. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.
8. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
9. Availability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM.
