Senior Manager (Production)

Position Based in: Karachi – Pakistan Gender: Either (Preferably female) Age: Maximum 32 years Qualification: B.E. (Chemical or Mechanical) / M.Sc. (Chemistry) from a reputed university recognized by HEC Professional Experience: 5-7 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Coordinate production activities to ensure maximum efficiency and harmony focused on achieving desired production and quality targets.
2. Set production targets and make all efforts to achieve them.
3. Conduct inspections of machine clothing, thread, invisible fiber, and other materials, submitting recommendations to accept/reject chemicals/materials after conducting durability compatibility and runability tests.
4. Suggest improvements to departmental heads to enhance production efficiency.
5. Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
6. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and safety, following all safety protocols.
7. Prepare the annual budget for submission.
8. Prepare daily/monthly downtime, raw materials, and chemical consumption reports. Monitor material/chemical consumption to remain within standard figures.
9. Implement best industrial practices at the site.
10. Handle emergency scenarios at the plant site.
