Executive, Property Development (Project Management)
Job Objective As a Project Management Executive, you will oversee project execution and ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements. Your role involves versatility, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. By effectively managing project-specific tasks and administrative functions, you will contribute to the efficiency and success of organizational operations. Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the development of new and existing projects, including renovations and upgrades.
- Ensure timely project approvals and completion within budget and in compliance with high-quality standards (e.g., CONQUAS, QLASSIC, QAQC, and PQP).
- Oversee the timely handover of completed units and vacant possession to purchasers.
- Prepare project feasibility studies, analyze consultants' pre-tender estimates, and develop budgets and related documentation for management approval.
- Select, negotiate, and recommend the appointment of consultants.
- Develop designs and prepare detailed product briefs.
- Coordinate and submit drawings/documents to the Ministry of Housing (MOH), local councils, and relevant authorities to secure approvals (e.g., KM and BP).
- Liaise with land offices and survey boards for land-related matters, including the application and issuance of strata titles under the Strata Management Act 2015.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with relevant departments and authorities.
- Conduct and lead coordination meetings with consultants and contractors, addressing project-related issues and proposing solutions.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop a competent and effective team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Management, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property development, particularly in high-rise projects.
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, focused, and capable of working independently.
