We are looking for an HR Manager Plus Senior Technical IT Recruiter. Job Description
- Manage the HR Department and lead the team of IT Technical Recruiters.
- Create a pool of potential candidates.
- Source potential candidates through different platforms.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Hands-on experience handling technical, non-technical, and critical positions.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured).
- Must have his or her own laptop and database for recruitment.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3 to 5 years of technical recruiting experience.
