Executive / Senior Executive - BUSINESS PLANNING Major Specialization: Business Administration, Customer Relationship, Marketing or any related field Job Summary: - Handle customer account and attend to customer inquiries and customer related issues - Support Sales Reps by implementing sales processes and providing administration support to Sales Reps - Prepare quotation and handle customer order processing - Responsible on Order Management System (ERP Order Management) to establish customer profile, price list and order entry. - Support finance in billing and payment follow up - Manage customer NDA, contract and customer or business related documentation and administration work Job Requirements: - Degree holders in related fields - Fresh or with working experience are welcomed - Effective communication in English and Chinese (written and spoken)- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft office - Work independently Customer Engineering - Engineer / Senior Engineer Major Specialization: Bachelors Degree in EE/Microelectronics/Applied Physics/Materials Science/Applied Science Job Summary: - Provide technical interface to customers & the fab and ensure smooth exchange of technical data - Provide technical program management to sustain the customers - Participate in/assist customer sort/FT yield improvement, product development & qualification - Aid in customer technology transfer/development, lead/participate in new technology development & introduction program for customer - Provide active support/technical expertise to Sales & Marketing to close new business - Own & provide technical support to customer tapeout, own & process prototype lot, coordinate/support post-fabout customer prototype qualification activities to ramp the proto device into production in shortest possible time - Work with Yield Engineering to meet/exceed product yield entitlement - Work with manufacturing team to meet the production goals Job Requirements: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Microelectronics/Applied Physics/Material Sciences or related field from a recognized institution - Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in relevant field such as IC Design, Product Engineering, Product Quality & Failure Analysis, NPI (for Senior Engineers). - Skills / Abilities: Device physics, statistical analysis, electrical testing Facilities Electrical Engineer Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Systems Operations & Maintenance
2. Manage and maintain Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) power systems: - Transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, UPS (rotary and static), and emergency generators. - Motor control centers (MCCs), VFDs, and protection systems.
3. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on electrical failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
4. Develop and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.
5. Analyze power quality, perform studies, and implement optimization measures.
6. Tool Hookup Management: - Prepare scope of work, tender specifications, and evaluate technical requirements for electrical tool hookups. - Oversee and coordinate the installation and commissioning of tools, ensuring proper electrical connections and compliance with power distribution standards.
7. Capacity Planning & Load Management: - Perform load management and capacity planning to ensure power systems meet current and future production demands.
8. Project Execution & Point of Connection (POC) Management: - Lead and manage electrical infrastructure projects from design to execution.
9. Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management: - Ensure all electrical systems comply with regulatory standards and internal safety protocols.
10. Energy Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: - Proactively identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.

Qualifications: Mandatory Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems focus preferred). - Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in electrical operations, tool hookup management, capacity planning, and load optimization within a semiconductor FAB, critical facility, or heavy industrial environment. Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience with capacity planning, load management, and Point of Connection (POC) design. - Strong ability to develop electrical hookup specifications, review technical requirements, and evaluate vendor proposals. Soft Skills: - Excellent project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deliver results on time. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.
