We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist . This position will be located in Johor Bahru .   • Frequent contact with customers to serve inquiries.
  • Enter orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Update price lists accurately and on time.
  • Manage the customer master file by creating and maintaining it.
  • Arrange and coordinate samples.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards.
  • Perform all duties in full compliance with all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.
Who you are
  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any business-related field.
  • You are fluent in Malaysian and English, both written and spoken.
  • You have a minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in sales or customer service.
  • You possess good communication and interpersonal skills, are hardworking, and have a can-do attitude.
  • You have experience with a matrix organization, which would be a big plus.
  • You have experience using SAP or similar systems.
