HR CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE

About the role China Railway Engineering Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and experienced HR Cum Admin Executive to join our team in Sabah. As a full-time position, this role will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources and administrative support to our growing organisation. What you'll be doing

1. Maintain records and compile documents.
2. Handle all the foreign workers pass application, renewal and cancellation and deal directly with Immigration Department of Malaysia to ensure such activities and its standards comply with relevant Acts and legal demands.
3. Liaise with government agencies and authorities e.g: CIDB, LHDN, Immigration, PERKESO, Embassy, Ministry Affair, etc.
4. Any ad hoc assignments as required by superior.

What we're looking for

1. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in human resource or equivalent.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (MUST) - Both Speaking and Writing (Requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking colleagues from China).
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Working location: Kota Kinabalu.
