You’ll play a critical role in increasing customer lifetime value. As the Customer Experience and Operations Coordinator at Sachi Skin, you will work closely with both our operations team and our marketing team. Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for Customer's Entire Lifecycle - Onboarding, education, and retention.
- Maintaining various channels of communication with customers.
- Generating reports for various marketing and partnership campaigns.
- Responsible for Customer Education on skincare products.
- Sales outreach and manage large wholesale clients.
- Manage brand loyalty schemes, increase customer engagement, and track key metrics.
- Order fulfillment for both our e-commerce store and channel partners.
- Online and Offline Customer Engagement.
- Metric & Data Analysis Reporting to marketing & management teams.
- Responsible for inventory management.
- Other related administrative ad-hoc duties.
- Proven Customer Sales, Communication, and Retention experience.
- Proven experience in CRM management, specifically in a DTC or eCommerce environment, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Knowledge of platforms, Reamze, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of email communication marketing best practices.
- Experience managing customer loyalty programs and driving improvements in customer journey, lifetime value, and retention.
- Excellent with Excel and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
