Position: Lead AI Developer Experience Required: 8-12 years Location: Islamabad Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: As a Lead AI Engineer, you will oversee all AI initiatives and lead a team in developing advanced AI solutions to achieve strategic goals. You will be responsible for designing scalable AI architectures, identifying opportunities, and ensuring successful project execution. Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement enterprise-level AI solutions for process automation and efficiency.
- Lead the development of NLP, image recognition, and predictive analytics systems.
- Identify and analyze areas for AI application across the organization.
- Manage and mentor a team of AI developers and engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI projects with business goals.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions.
- Expert knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, TensorFlow, and other AI tools.
- Strong experience in designing scalable AI architectures.
- Leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
