Sales Advisor - BPS

About the role As a BMW Premium Selection Sales Advisor at Tian Siang Premium Auto Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail store in Butterworth, Penang. This full-time position offers the opportunity to showcase your passion for the automotive industry and build lasting relationships with our valued customers. What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting customers with product inquiries, demonstrating features, and helping them find the right solutions for their needs
• Achieving individual and team sales targets by closing sales and providing exceptional customer service
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to offer informed recommendations
• Ensuring the store is well-organised and visually appealing to create a positive shopping experience
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve store operations and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer queries and concerns
• A keen interest in the automotive industry and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the store
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
