Strategic Technology Vision & Leadership

Large-Scale Product Development & Management

• Own the Journey : Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact technology products, from ideation to launch, continuous optimization, and scaling for success.
• Build Tomorrow’s Platforms : Spearhead the development of complex, high-performance platforms that meet market needs, exceed customer expectations, and satisfy regulatory demands.

Technology Infrastructure & Operations Management

• Command the Core : Manage and optimize our technology infrastructure—cloud services, data management, cybersecurity, and IT operations—ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Scale with Confidence : Ensure our systems remain robust, secure, and high-performing, maintaining operational excellence as we scale.
• Guard the Ship : Develop and enforce technology policies and best practices to safeguard against risks, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operations.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

• Stay Ahead of the Curve : Ensure our technology solutions remain fully compliant with regulations, particularly within the rapidly evolving FinTech and RegTech industries.
• Adapt & Lead : Stay on top of regulatory changes and industry shifts, evolving technology strategies to maintain compliance and mitigate emerging risks.

Key Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or advanced certifications in technology management (e.g., MBA, PMP, CISSP) preferred.
• Experience : Extensive experience in a senior technology leadership role within the fintech, regtech, or SaaS sectors, with a proven ability to scale technology platforms and manage large teams. Demonstrated success in leading complex technology initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering large-scale product solutions that significantly impact business growth.
• Skills : Deep expertise in technology strategy, product development, and infrastructure management, particularly within fintech/regtech/SaaS. Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with experience managing large teams and driving technology-driven business outcomes. Proficiency in managing large-scale technology projects, including cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
