Required Experience: 8+ Years Responsibilities:
- Having good exposure and relevant experience in the Cards, ATMs, CRMs, POS, and E-commerce business.
- Contributing to the development of our cards products, including Debit card, Prepaid card, Credit card (individual and Corporate), and Virtual card.
- Understanding the E-commerce market with good knowledge of it.
- Strategic planning and deployment of our ATMs, CRMs, and POS machines.
- Developing marketing strategy, product value propositions, pricing, and positioning of the range of credit card products.
- Working with the marketing department to ensure visibility and positioning of our cards branding and product penetration into the market.
- Performing market research and opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas, assessing the viability of new products in consideration of market conditions.
- Responsible for Activation, Usage, Rewards, and Retention programs.
- Overseeing the development & implementation programs for increasing card spends & improving the percentage of active users.
- Overseeing the Profit & Loss statement for Cards & Payment Business to ensure budget and profitability targets are met.
- Ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLA) are properly maintained between internal and external parties (e.g., Cards Sales Team, Cards Operations, and Cards Call Center Customer Services).
- Designing and executing strategic/tactical plans to enhance profitability of all Cards.
- Developing strong working relationships with business partners and internal card support teams.
- Monitoring worldwide Cards, ATMs, CRMs, POS, and E-commerce trends to generate new ideas on product innovation.
- Working closely with Operations and IT departments to provide seamless card product experiences to customers with third-party vendors.
- Leveraging the Bank’s digital channel to generate sales across all Omni Channels such as E-commerce, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and E-wallet.
- Ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with potential and existing customers.
- Understanding the operation workflow of the cards, ATM, CRM, POS, and E-commerce.
- Managing a dynamic team and leading the team to meet product innovation timelines, launch new products, and manage relationships with merchants and business partners.
- Reviewing the license agreement and contracts with card scheme providers and business partners.
- Working closely with the Finance team for proper and timely cash reconciliation.
- Attending meetings and maintaining correspondences with the Board/Executive Committee/Audit Committee/Compliance and Risk Management Committee & other regulatory authorities as required.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
