Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure asset condition and make sure all properties are being properly maintained.
  • Monitor collection progress and conduct debt recovery activities.
  • Manage and maintain West Malaysia property:
    • Handover unit to tenant
    • Receive and deliver Tenancy Agreement
    • Repair and maintenance
    • Conduct unit repair and renovation
    • Liaise with contractor/supplier/building management office
    • Manage tenant’s complaints and resolve them
    • Perform goods and furniture receiving
    • Key and access card and car park control
    • Monitor insurance, quit rent, assessment fees, and license payment
    • Monitor service charge and sinking fund payment
    • Storeroom and inventory report update
    • Monitor and keep track of utility bills (Electric Bills, Water Bills, and Sewage Fees)
  • Manage and maintain West Malaysia Airbnb (short-term homestay) unit:
    • Market survey and site survey
    • Customer booking and cancellation
    • Handle complaints and other urgent matters promptly
    • Coordinate customer check-in and check-out
    • Coordinate cleaning and housekeeping services
    • Performance cleaning service evaluation and reporting
    • Checking assets condition before/after each check-out
    • Unit amenities upgrade, renovation, and improvement
    • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in sales/marketing/hospitality/property management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in the property-related field is required.
  • Able to answer phone calls and solve urgent issues during weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to travel occasionally.
  • Polite as need to communicate with guests.
  • Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, Excel & Outlook.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Stationed in Petaling Jaya HQ and Shah Alam Alinea.
