Policy Management Executive (Data Analyst)

Policy Management Executive (Data Analyst)| Data & Analytics | Entry Level | Non-Executive | Allianz Malaysia | Full-Time | Permanent Are you looking for an opportunity to have an impact? You are responsible for supporting the Head of Portfolio Management in enhancing the non-motor commercial business through data and analytics, delivering key reports to relevant stakeholders, and performing any other related tasks. You will be responsible for:

• Assist in analytical work, including performance monitoring and any adhoc research/study/analysis
• Assist in the preparation of reports to various stakeholders, internally and externally
• Assist in data management tasks including data extraction, data cleaning, and data validation
• Assist in process improvement initiatives related to reporting and analytics, including development of new templates and optimization of existing templates
• Assist in the administration and coordination of any departmental projects and initiatives
• Any other related tasks

Important to your success:

• Degree in Actuarial, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Sound analytical and critical thinking
• Able to communicate ideas clearly, i.e., ability to highlight key points in simple language
• Resourceful and independent
• Able to work and collaborate well with others
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage
• Experience in VBA, R, SQL, and/or Python will also be an added advantage
