• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Drive skill enhancement within the team through training and upskilling programs.
• Ensure accountability and performance tracking across team members.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact, instilling confidence in Live Connections as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Proactively address client needs and ensure seamless delivery on mandates.

• Oversee recruitment operations for diverse industries, including technology and automobile design.
• Drive the team to deliver on complex hiring mandates across domains.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and ensure high-quality candidate delivery.

• Leverage CRM tools to track, analyze, and optimize recruitment performance.
• Present insights and reports to senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Use data-driven strategies to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

• Experience : 10+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Industry Exposure : Ability to handle hiring across industries, including technology and automobile design.
