They help automotive dealerships to automate their internal reporting, helping our clients save an enormous amount of time and effort. In seconds, the dealership receives a processed version of their reports, available to post to their dealer management system (DMS). This represents a 90% time savings for the customers, eliminating the need to rely on Excel/CSV formulas, referencing other internal systems, converting PDFs, etc. The platform ultimately automates manual processes within an organization and the technology has proven applications not just in automotive, but across a number of other verticals. Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester who will be working within our QA team to help test and enhance our next generation document processing solution. This role will test, validate and quality check features and enhancements for a multi-tenant SaaS product. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Engineering and Product team to understand requirements and build test plans for positive and negative test cases. Identify test plans for newly built features and validate them before and during the release process; track bug reports and identify system dependencies Focus on metrics driven test execution and always strive towards 100% test coverage for the product Look for opportunities to build load and cross browser/cross device tests Lead the development of scalable and efficient machine learning platform products Experience & Competencies Bachelor’s degree with 3-9 years’ experience. Work experience should be in QA position (automation) Experience in translating business requirements to test cases and testing SaaS products would be a huge plus Experience with 3rd party testing tools like Mabl, Browserstack, TestCraft or others and leverage those tools where appropriate. Experience navigating agile development methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and fast, iterative development Demonstrated experience with Jira or similar tool Ability and desire to communicate with all stakeholders on a regular basis Strong bias for action and ownership; continuously pushing self and team bar higher Good-to-haves Strong desire to automate manual test cases; prior exposure to automation (Postman, Selenium) would be a huge plus Previous startup experience or working in a commercial, fast paced SaaS product company Latent desire and/or curiosity to look for areas of expansion (development, security, business analysis) Challenge the status quo, promote out of box thinking and create a culture of proactive change and continuous improvement
