Job details
Qualifications and Skills: Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in development projects, donor relations, or branch management. Proven track record of successful fundraising and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Deep understanding of Islamabad’s and Karachi socio-economic landscape, including urban and rural dynamics. Performance Metrics: Achievement of fundraising targets. Successful implementation of outreach programs. Expansion of donor base and partnerships. Effective team performance and productivity. Timely submission of reports and proposals. Reporting Structure: Reports To: CEO/Founder Chairman, Bin Qutab Foundation. Supervises: Managers (Programs and Communication), Senior Executives, and operational staff.
