Job Description As a member of the NetSuite Technical team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technical solutions, customization, and support for the NetSuite ERP platform. Working closely with senior team members, you will assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing NetSuite functionalities to meet business requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience with a world-class ERP system while contributing to key business initiatives.You will receive training on NetSuite and related technologies to develop your technical and functional expertise. The role involves problem-solving, programming, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Minimum academic score of 70% or a CGPA of 7.0 and above.
- Recent graduates with 0–1 year of experience.
- Flexibility Clause: Candidates with 65% or 6.5 CGPA who showcase strong technical abilities, relevant projects, or internships in ERP/NetSuite should also be considered.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (NetSuite exposure is a plus).
- Strong foundation in SQL and database concepts (e.g., relational database models).
- Knowledge of JavaScript , jQuery , and scripting fundamentals.
- Basic familiarity with SuiteScript (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Understanding of HTML , XML , and JSON for integrations and customizations.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
- Knowledge of API integration concepts (REST/SOAP) is a plus.
- Assist in the development and deployment of customizations, scripts, and workflows in NetSuite.
- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related technical issues reported by business users.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform testing and debugging of customizations and system enhancements.
- Support the integration of NetSuite with other business applications.
- Document technical processes, solutions, and configurations.
- Exposure to cloud-based ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP).
- Familiarity with SuiteScript 1.0/2.0.
- Experience with NetSuite’s reporting tools (Saved Searches, Custom Reports, Dashboards).
