Job Summary: The Post Sales Executive is responsible for managing the customer journey after the sale of a property. This includes ensuring smooth documentation, timely payments, coordination with internal departments, and providing excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and trust. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale.
- Address customer queries regarding payment schedules, agreements, and possession timelines.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress and handover status.
- Ensure a smooth and transparent post-sales experience for buyers.
- Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with the Legal team to draft and execute sales agreements and sale deeds.
- Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and processed efficiently.
- Track and follow up on payment schedules and due payments from customers.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoicing, receipts, and financial reconciliations.
- Handle customer requests related to loan disbursements, NOCs, and payment modifications.
- Coordinate with the Operations/Projects team to schedule site visits and inspections.
- Guide customers through the possession process, ensuring all formalities are completed.
- Address post-handover concerns such as snag lists, warranty claims, and service requests.
- Handle post-sales grievances and escalations professionally.
- Ensure timely resolution of any issues related to documentation, payments, or possession.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and legal formalities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Any Graduate
- 2-3 years of experience in post-sales, customer relations, or CRM in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of RERA guidelines and real estate compliance is a plus.
