Bonus To Have: Prior work experience as a promoter or similar role. Excellent customer service skills. What You’ll Do for The Brand:

1. Assist clients with opening accounts and all betting queries.
2. Drive daily sales and activations through effective demonstration and explanation of mobile products, usage methods, and services.
3. Drive mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts.
4. Keep records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
5. Promote the mobile brand.
6. Set up and arrange displays at outlets, events, and promotions.
7. Assist customers in submitting correct FICA documents when opening a new account.
8. Ensure new customers use the sign-up bonus to bet when an account is opened.
9. Keep work areas neat and tidy to promote a positive image to customers.
10. Ensure appropriate management, safekeeping, and maintenance of all mobile equipment.
11. Complete Moodle, bet strike, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels weekly.
12. Roam between branches and stores as per operational needs.
13. Perform any other related duties required within the business.
