SUMMARY The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand materials that communicate the company’s objectives, products, and services by developing and implementing creative visual solutions across a range of digital and print platforms. The role demands a strong understanding of brand consistency, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality corporate marketing and communications materials. The role involves designing digital and print assets such as reports, presentations, infographics, advertisements, brochures, and social media graphics, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all platforms. The successful candidate will have a solid background in corporate design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and Branding, create and maintain corporate branding materials, ensuring all design assets align with the company’s brand guidelines and aesthetic.
- Marketing Collateral, develop designs for a wide variety of corporate materials, including advertisements, brochures, banners, and digital marketing assets.
- Presentation Design, work closely with internal teams to design high-quality, professional presentations for executives, corporate reports, and client pitches.
- Digital and Print Design, prepare print-ready and web-optimized files for digital and print distribution, maintaining quality and consistency across different formats.
- Collaboration, collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to conceptualize visuals that support business objectives and promotional campaigns.
- Independent creative decision making and initiative.
- Innovation and Trend Awareness, stay informed of design trends relevant to corporate design and continually bring fresh ideas to elevate the company’s visual presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Software Proficiency, Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and experience in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint for corporate presentation design.
- Visual Communication, Strong skills in typography, color theory, layout design, and data visualization.
- Attention to Detail, High level of attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Time Management, Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
