Software Testing Engineer

What You'll Do The candidate will be responsible for verification of On-Prem software solutions, main responsibilities will be to focus on automation and functional testing. Who You Are? The candidate will be responsible for application level, but some lower-level experience may still be beneficial. working experience on medical device testing will be an added advantage. Key duties and responsibilities:

• Minimum 4-8 years of experience working in the software testing field.

1. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
2. Under minimum or no supervision carries out procedures and tests to ensure that application under test meets standards of the end-users.
3. Ability to write scripts to automate Web APIs(
4. Must have experience on coding standards and peer code review.
5. Experience of design and building automation test frameworks is an added advantage.
6. Must have Knowledge on Linux Shell and TCP/IP fundamentals.
7. Understanding of Concepts of Encryption, Certificates and Keys, Networking troubleshooting tools (Wireshark) and commands is an added advantage.
8. Experience of working on WiFi and LTE technologies is and added advantage.
9. Test environment setup, Create test cases and Test execution. • Good working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, JIRA).
10. Review requirements and test cases.
11. Experience working with Agile Scrum team.
12. Extensive knowledge of any test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Squish, Cypress or Robot Framework. • Evaluate the existing manual test suite to translate manual test cases to automation tests.
13. Work with manual testers, developers and SMEs to understand the business domain, and the system functionality.
14. Utilize the approved test automation frameworks to develop automation in a fast-paced agile environment.

1. Automation Tools: TestNG, Maven/Gradle, Robot Framework.
