Role Overview We are hiring multiple Graduate Graphic Designers to join our growing design team. This entry-level role focuses on creating high-quality graphics for a variety of educational content, from course visuals and motion design assets to learning infographics and other visual course elements. All graphics are predominantly created using Figma, so you must have at least an intermediate level of proficiency in Figma to hit the ground running. What Projects Will You Work On? We have a wide range of ongoing projects. Successful applicants will be exposed to a range of learning content, with the two core focus projects being a Mathematics project and an international Cryptocurrency project. New team members will be assigned to either of those teams. An interest, proficiency or experience in these areas will be highly beneficial—please highlight this in your application! Key Responsibilities Graphic Design
- Develop and deliver high-quality graphics for course content across a variety of educational topics using Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
- Design visual assets to support motion design videos, ensuring alignment with course objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create learning infographics that simplify complex concepts into engaging visual formats.
- Build cohesive and visually appealing course elements that enhance the overall learning experience.
- Work closely with Learning Designers, Motion Designers, and Project Managers to ensure graphics meet both learning value and design standards.
- Balance multiple tasks effectively, incorporating feedback and meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma is essential, with at least an intermediate level of skill.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is also required.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, with a focus on graphics for educational or informational purposes.
- A passion for designing visually engaging and effectively communicative content.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to adapt quickly to new projects and challenges.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high standards.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and concepts clearly.
- A collaborative approach to working with teams and a willingness to learn from others.
- A willingness to ask questions and to take a proactive approach to your own growth and development.
- Interest or experience in either Mathematics or Cryptocurrency.
- Familiarity with EdTech and a passion for educational content creation.
- Experience or coursework involving motion graphics or animation.
- Exposure to working in agile teams or project-based environments.
